  1. Consultation: In depth analysis – We will get to know you and your company through thorough conversations. This will help us understand your organization’s needs and desires in order to effectively fill the search with the best match.  
  2. Your Story: Create a compelling narrative or elevator pitch in order to best represent your organization in the market place.
  3. Targeted Recruiting: Identify companies and networks where we will find the best suited candidates for your open positions. We will source passive candidates who are not actively seeking new opportunities from direct competitors via phone, inbox and email.
  4. Candidate Engagement: Once we have identified a bullseye candidate we will have in-depth conversations and build trusting relationships and ensure your opportunity will align with their career goals and trajectory on all levels.
  5. Qualified Candidates: Once we have identified qualified candidates we will present them to you in an easy to read candidate profile. We will discuss the candidates with you.  You let us know who you would like to interview and we will arrange the interviews for you.
  6. Interviews: Candidates will have an understanding of your organization and the position ensuring your interview is productive and time well spent. Clients will know the candidates background, goals and the candidates motivations for change prior to the initial interview.
  7. Debrief: We will speak with both the candidate and the client after each interview so we can gain an understanding of how to move forward. This will help to determine is the candidate continues to make sense for your open position and if the client is still a good fit for the candidates career goals.
  8. The Offer: When you are ready to make an offer we continue to consult. This is a critical stage for both parties. We will ensure we have a clear understanding of all expectations in order to achieve a firm and accepted offer.
  9. Resignation: We coach the candidate through resignation including counter offer possibilities and ensure a timely start date.
  10. Follow Up: We will continue to work with the clients and candidates throughout the onboarding process ensuring expectations by both parties are met and exceeded.
